SUBSTANCE: method of preparation and dispensing of a beverage using a dispensing device. Device comprises a housing comprising a unit for preparation and dispensing of beverage with a liquid line, which comprises an inlet for liquid at one end and an outlet opening for the beverage at the opposite end, a pressure regulator regulating pressure in the liquid line and a facility for receiving the container for the ingredient so that, with proper installation, the contents of the ingredient container is in fluid communication with the liquid line for mixing the ingredient container contents with the liquid base in the liquid line. Device also has a container identification unit for the ingredient, a processor connected to the identification unit and a pressure regulator for controlling said pressure regulator depending on the identification of the container. Method includes the following steps: providing a container in the device, identifying the container, providing a liquid base, mixing the contents of the container with the liquid base for preparing the beverage for bottling, dispensing the beverage prepared in this way. According to the invention, the pressure in the liquid line is changed from the first pressure level exceeding the atmospheric pressure level to the second pressure level exceeding the atmospheric pressure level by means of the said pressure regulator during the beverage mixing and pouring, wherein the first pressure level differs from the second pressure level.
EFFECT: pouring beverage represents a fermented beverage having a gas pressure of at least 1½ bar (0,15 MPa) at temperature of 2 °C.
