Spray reflectors are spaced at a preselected distance from openings for liquid discharge in side walls of secondary chutes to receive at least some of separate secondary discharge flows and condition their lateral distribution when separate secondary discharge flows are descending along spray reflectors, and dripping by drops over their bottom edges.
