SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical devices, in particular to means of restricting the movement of vehicles of a boom barrier type, designed to stop vehicles of all categories in the event of unauthorized passage to guarded, secure facilities and territories. The anti-ram barrier of the boom barrier type includes a base, supports, a beam with a power cable made inside it, an additional power cable with a diameter of 0.8-2.0 diameters of a pre-tensioned power cable in the beam, and the inner diameter of the channels is at least 1.5 times the diameter of an additional power cable.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the anti-ram properties of the barrier due to the introduction of an additional power cable that passes through the channels in the base and supports and connects them together, thereby ensuring a uniform distribution of the interaction energy over all the power elements of the barrier.
