COMPOSITION FOR SKIN AND MUCOUS MEMBRANES REGENERATION Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC C12N5/775 A61K31/00

Abstract RU 2621867 C1

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, the composition for skin and mucous membrane regeneration includes a culture nutrient medium conditioned by life products and growth factors of human mesenchymal stem cells during multiple culture cycles in the accelerated growth phase and the logarithmic growth phase of a stable human mesenchymal stem cell culture, as well as human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells with a concentration of 102 cells/ml to 107 cells/ml, and/or a differentiating factor that is completely a trans retinoic acid and/or hyaluronic acid in the form of sodium hyaluronate and/or dimethylsulfoxide. The culture medium of each subsequent culture cycle is a conditioned medium obtained in the previous cultivation cycle. The composition includes growth factors with a molecular weight of 6 kDa to 80 kDa, biologically active compounds based on cytokines with a molecular weight of 5 kDa to 50 kDa, low molecular weight peptides with length of 20 to 140 amino acid residues and steroid hormones with a molecular weight of 280 Da up to 370 Da. At that, human mesenchymal stem cells, the products of which condition the nutrient culture medium and which are included into the composition for skin and mucous membranes regeneration, are obtained by fetching autologous bone marrow cells.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the duration of process of composition creation and to increase the efficiency of therapeutic action.
