FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cellular biology, molecular biology and medicine, more specifically, to a medicinal product for animals, exhibiting regenerative activity. The product consists of a mesenchymal stem cell extract, a conditioned medium obtained in the process of cultivation of mesenchymal stem cells, and a preservative. The product is made using the following stages: extracting de novo or deconserving a mesenchymal stem cell culture from bone marrow or adipose tissue of an animal, cultivating and accumulating mesenchymal stem cells, producing and collecting a conditioned medium, producing a mesenchymal stem cell extract by destroying the mesenchymal stem cells, adding the preservative to the mixture of the mesenchymal stem cell extract and the conditioned medium, sterilising. The product comprises a therapeutically effective amount of: at least two factors involved in the chemotaxis processes and at least two factors stimulating tissue regeneration. The product is used in therapy, wherein the product has an anti-inflammatory effect, an immunomodulatory effect, and stimulates regeneration of damaged tissues. The method for producing a regenerative veterinary medicinal product includes culturing the extracted de novo or deconserved mesenchymal stem cells, obtained from adipose tissue or bone marrow of an animal, in a liquid nutrient medium with added 10% of fetal bovine serum, producing a conditioned medium containing multiple factors, including interleukin IL-10 at a concentration of at least 2 pg/ml, adding an MSC extract produced by destroying the mesenchymal stem cells, adding a preservative to the mixture of the mesenchymal stem cell extract and the conditioned medium, performing sterilising filtration and lyophilisation. The composition for therapeutic application comprises multiple destroyed nonembryonic mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow or adipose tissue and a conditioned culture medium produced by means of a method including the stages of: maintaining multiple mesenchymal stem cells in a culture medium during the first conditioning period, thus leading to conditioning of the culture medium and multiplication of the multiple mesenchymal stem cells, destructing the multiple mesenchymal stem cells used for conditioning of the culture medium, combining a preservative with the multiple destroyed mesenchymal stem cells and the conditioned culture medium.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of producing a medicinal product for animals, exhibiting regenerative activity.
