SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, cell technologies and regenerative medicine and includes a composition for stimulating the regeneration of human connective tissue, comprising suspension of human leukocytes in human blood serum in concentration of 1100-1800×103 cells/ml, pre-activated with lipopolysaccharide for 8-24 hours in an in vitro culture of platelet granules, cytokines, interleukins, growth factors b-FGF, TGF-b2, VEGF, TDGF and lipopolysaccharide, a method for its preparation and use for stimulating the regeneration of human connective tissue damages.
EFFECT: use of the composition accelerates wound healing, skin growth, vascular and connective tissue growth; reduction of oedema, inflammation and pain syndrome.
