FIELD: underwater shipbuilding.

SUBSTANCE: buoyancy control devices with water ballast, used on underwater technical means, such as submarines and deep-sea vehicles. The underwater technical facility with an anaerobic power plant contains tanks of the main ballast with a blowing system, a body with an anaerobic power plant placed in it, and a tank for storing cryogenic oxygen. The device also additionally contains pipelines with fittings for supplying cryogenic oxygen to the lower part of the main ballast tanks, and a container with perforated walls is installed on the lower part of each pipeline.

EFFECT: provision of supply of additional gas to the tanks of the main ballast in case of emergency ascent of the underwater technical facility is achieved, and the operational reliability of the underwater technical facility is also increased.
