FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: rapidly dissolving film for depressive disorders, anxiety and adaptation disorders treatment, contains a peptide active ingredient, a film former, a plasticiser, a sweetener and a dye, with L-arginyl-L-tyrosyl-D-alanyl-L-phenylalanyl-L-glycine used as an active ingredient, multimodified pea starch is used as the film former, polysorbate-80 is used as the plasticiser, a combination of food sorbitol and sodium saccharinate is used as the sweetener, azorubine is used as the dye, with the following component ratio, wt %: L-arginil-L-tyrosyl-D-alanyl-L-fenilalanil-L-glycine 0.1-10.0; food sorbitol 1.0-12.0; sodium saccharinate 0.5-3.0; twin-80 0.1-5.0; dye 0.1-0.3; multimodified pea starch 15-60; purified water - the rest.
EFFECT: invention provides a bioadhesive film rapidly dissolving in the oral cavity with high peptide bioavailability, expansion of the arsenal of drugs for depressive disorders, anxiety and adaptation disorders treatment.
