FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lithium electrode comprising an electrode composite including a porous metal current lead and metallic lithium introduced into the pores, present in the metal lead, and the protective membrane for conductivity by lithium ion, the protective membrane being formed on at least one surface of the electrode composite, wherein the metallic lithium is introduced in the amount of 1 to 50% by weight relative to the total weight of the electrode composite.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the contact surface between the metallic lithium and the current lead to improve the technical characteristics of the lithium accumulator battery.
