SUBSTANCE: using the first base station the protocol data units PDU of downlink radio line circuit control RLC are generated; and the first portion of downlink RLC PDU in the downlink RLC PDU are sent via the first base station to the user equipment UE and the second portion of downlink RLC PDU in the downlink RLC PDU are sent to the second base station in such a way that the second base station could send the second portion of downlink RLC PDU to the UE.
EFFECT: providing the first base station and second base station with opportunities of combined data sending to the UE, which improves the peak rate and peak bandwidth of UE.
