FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vortex nozzle comprises a housing with a screw coaxially located at the bottom of the housing and a fitting in the upper part of the housing with a cylindrical fluid inlet connected to the diffuser, an axisymmetric body and a fitting. The auger is pressed into the body to form a conical chamber located above the screw, coaxial to the diffuser, and connected to it in series. The screw is made solid, and the outer surface of the screw is two serially connected surfaces, one of which is at least a single-threaded groove with a right or left thread and is located inside the housing. The second surface is made smooth in the form of a rotational body axially symmetrically connected to a spray disk located perpendicular to the axis of the housing and protrudes beyond the end surface of the lower housing part. As the line forming this surface, there can be both a straight line and a curve line of the n-th order. The surface of the spraying disc protruding beyond the end surface of the lower part of the body is bent toward the lower part of the housing and has radial cuts on the peripheral part alternating with the continuous part of the surface of the spraying disc. The tube for supplying air to the diffuser is coaxially and axially symmetrically fixed to the inner surface of the socket with a cylindrical hole by means of a perforated washer; at the end of this hole at least three throttling tubes are installed.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of atomizating liquids.
