FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid and solvent sprayers and may be used in machine building, chemical and food industries. Vortex sprayer comprises casing with screw arranged coaxially at casing top section, and union with fluid feed cylindrical bore communicated with diffuser axially symmetric with said casing and said union. Screw is pressed into the case to make cylindrical chamber above said screw and aligned with the diffuser and communicated therewith. Solid screw outer surface is composed of two connected surfaces. One of said surfaces represents, at least, single-thread helical groove with LH or RH thread located inside said casing. Second smooth surface represents a body of revolution axisymmetrically connected with spraying disc located perpendicular to casing axis to extend beyond casing bottom end. Both straight line and n-order curve may make a generating line of said surface. Surface of the spray disk, projecting beyond the end surface of the lower part of the body, made bent shape toward the lower part of the body and has radial cuts on the peripheral part alternating with the continuous part of the surface of the spraying disc. Collector with at least three air supply tubes is coaxial and axisymmetrically connected to the outer surface of its body. Lower part of the tubes is fixed in the diffuser surrounding the spray disk. Cut of the tubes is made in the form of throttling channels, which are located opposite the rod connecting the spraying disk with the screw.

EFFECT: increased liquid spraying efficiency.
