FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid and solvent sprayers and may be used in machine building, chemical and food industries. Pneumatic vortex sprayer comprises body with screw arranged coaxially at body low section, and located in body upper part union with cylindrical hole for fluid supply connected with diffuser, axially symmetric to case and union. Screw is pressed into the body to make cylindrical chamber above said screw and aligned with the diffuser and communicated therewith. Screw is made solid. Outer surface of the screw is two serially connected surfaces, one of which is at least a single-threaded groove with a right or left thread and is located inside the body. Second smooth surface represents a body of revolution axisymmetrically connected with spraying disc located perpendicular to body axis to extend beyond casing bottom end. As a line forming this surface, there can be both a straight line and a curve line of the n-th order, the surface of the spraying disk, projecting beyond the end surface of the lower part of the body, is bent toward the lower part of the body. Surface of the spraying disc has radial cutouts on the peripheral part, alternating with the solid part of the surface of the spraying disc. Tube for air supply is placed axisymmetrically to the union and screw, to the bottom of which, located in the screw, throttling channels are attached. Cutout of the throttling channels is located on the smooth surface of the screw in front of the output of the helical groove located inside the body.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is an increase in the spraying efficiency of liquid.
