FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic nozzle comprises a body with an auger coaxially arranged in lower part of the body, and a union with a cylindrical hole installed in the upper part of the body for supplying liquid connected, and connected to a diffuser axially symmetric the body and the union. The auger is pressed into the body with formation of a conical chamber located above the auger coaxially with the diffuser and connected to it in series. The auger is solid, and the outer surface of the auger is made in the form of two successively connected surfaces, one of which is at least one-start screw groove with right-hand or left-hand thread and arranged inside the body, and the second surface is made smooth in the form of a body of revolution axially symmetrically connected to a spraying disc. The spraying disc is arranged perpendicular to the axis of the body and projects beyond the end surface of the body bottom part. A line forming the end surface can be either a straight line or an n-th order. The surface of the spraying disc projecting beyond the end surface of the lower part of the body is bent towards the lower part of the body and has radial cuts on peripheral part alternating with solid part of the spraying disc surface. A collector with, at least, three tubes for air supply is mounted coaxially and axially symmetrically to the body to its outer surface, at that the lower part of the tubes is fixed in the diffuser covering the spraying disc, and the section of the tubes is made in the form of throttling channels which are in front of a rod connecting the spraying disc to the auger.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of liquid spraying.
