FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: scrubber for gas cleaning comprising a housing, gas supply and discharge pipes, an irrigation device and a liquid collector, the irrigation device is made in the form of five belts coaxial to the housing and to each other, each of which includes a manifold, nozzles, a nozzle jet opening flare of four belts coincides with the direction of the gas movement, and the nozzle jet opening flare of the belt located directly near the gas discharge pipe is directed towards the gas movement, each of the nozzles of the irrigation device is made in the form of a housing with a screw, coaxially located in the lower part of the housing and located in the upper part of the housing, a fitting with a cylindrical liquid supply pipe connected to the diffuser axisymmetric to the housing and to the fitting, wherein the screw is made solid, and the outer surface of the screw is two serially connected surfaces, one of which is at least a single-threaded groove with a right or left thread and is located inside the housing, and the second surface is made smooth in the form of a rotational body axially symmetrically connected to a spray disk located perpendicular to the axis of the housing and protrudes beyond the end surface of the lower housing part, wherein both straight line and curved line of nth-order may be the line forming this surface, and the surface of the spraying disc protruding beyond the end surface of the lower part of the body is bent toward the lower part of the housing and has radial cuts on the peripheral part alternating with the continuous part of the surface of the spraying disc, and the spraying disc of the nozzle is shifted along the axis of the nozzle downwards from the smooth surface of the screw rotational body connected with the helical surface of the screw by a value h depending on viscosity of the sprayed liquid, and is connected with the screw by rod axisymmetric to the screw, characterized in that a diffuser enframing the spraying disc is connected to the end lower part of the nozzle housing, wherein at least three ejection openings are made in the upper part of the diffuser.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of gas cleaning.
