FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: sensor for measuring the temperature field at the points of the location of the elements of the single use sensor for high temperature furnaces with a medium chemically inert to the temperature field sensor is composed of elements that fix the temperature in the area of space where they are located, changing its state in the process of heating the temperature of the temperature field. Moreover, the sensor for measuring the temperature field is made in the form of a flexible electrically conductive filament on the basis of carbon from polyacrylonitrile, consisting of elements forming a single unit in the composition of the filament, changing its physic-chemical state under the action of a temperature field, fixing the maximum temperature of the temperature field from 1500 to 3000°C in the region of the space of determination of the temperature field at points of space with coordinates along the location of the filament with an accuracy in the length from 0.4 mcm.
EFFECT: increase in the temperature boundary for determining the temperature field due to the use of a flexible electroconductive filament based on carbon obtained from polyacrylonitrile, while increasing the accuracy of measuring the temperature field in small volumes and the possibility of determining the temperature field at points of space with coordinates along the filament location with accuracy in length from 0,4 mcm.
