FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating devices and can be used for thermal analysis of polymers. Device for heating polymers in thermal analysis is proposed, consisting of horizontally oriented ceramic tube, located in casing with adjacent thermal insulation, and heater over ceramic tube in form of nichrome winding, with analyte polymer material located inside pipe, and in ceramic tube coaxially with it is additionally installed quartz tube with nitrogen supply and removal of pyrolytic gases, in which along device axis length long-dimensional polymeric material is placed, and between quartz tube and ceramic tube, equipped with heater in form of nichrome winding with constant pitch with connectors for supplying electricity, additional ceramic tube with heater in form of nichrome winding with variable pitch is paced and which is determined by formula (n + 2)⋅1 mm, where n is winding coil number, with connectors for supplying electricity, while quartz and ceramic tubes in device are centered by ceramic bushings.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining analyzed material with various properties along its length due to creation of temperature gradient along its length during its thermal processing.
