FIELD: safety devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roof, blast guards and shields, excessive pressure valves. In the anti-explosion panel, which contains a metal armored frame with metal armored plating and a filler-lead, which has four fixed branch pipes at the ends, in the coating of explosive facility four bearing rods are rigidly mounted which are inserted in herewith the filler is made as an air-lead disperse system, lead is in form of crumbs, and outside bearing rods there are elastic damping elements, one end of which rests against an armored metal lining, and the other – in the sheets-stops, located in the upper part of the support rods. Spring-damping element, one end of which rests against an armored metal shell, and the other – in the sheets-stops, is made in the form of a combined spring containing a cylindrical helical spring, consisting of two parts with counter-directed ends, one part of which has turns of rectangular cross section, and the other part of the spring is hollow, with the counter-directed end of the first part being located in the cavity of the second, the gaps of the segment profile of the contacting parts of the spring are filled with antifriction lubricant, while at the end of the second part of the spring there is installed a sealing collar to prevent leakage of the lubricant, and the first part of the helical spring, made with coils of rectangular cross-section with rounded edges, covers a tube of damping material, for example polyurethane, and the gaps in the first part of the helical spring, made with coils of rectangular cross section, which is covered by a tube of damping material, are filled with crumb from a friction material made of a composition of a certain composition.
EFFECT: higher reliability of explosion-resistant device operation during emergency explosion at the facility, and ensured return of these device to the original position after explosion.
