SUBSTANCE: materials of the present invention are suitable for the manufacture of facing materials that can be used in manufacturing of lining membranes, roofing sheets and waterproof coatings or in the manufacture of carpets and PVC floor coverings as textile pads or as textile reinforcement. A binder system for textile materials in its composition can include: polyvinyl acetate or a polymer based on carboxylic acid derivatives; one or more starches; at least one additive selected from the group consisting of amphoteric hydroxides, salts of the elements of the first and second major groups of the periodic table, mineral additives that have synthetic or natural origin, kaolin, soot or mixtures thereof; and additives selected from preservatives, stabilizers, antioxidants, antifoams, hydrophobizing agents, UV stabilizers, fillers and/or pigments.

EFFECT: invention provides a processability of a binder system for strengthening textile materials, which have an acceptable characteristic of tear resistance.
