FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: solder for soldering aluminium and its alloys contains the following components, mass%: silicon 6.0÷10.0; germanium 7.0÷20.0; strontium 0.005÷0.2; sodium 0.005÷0.05; beryllium 0.005÷0.1; iron 0.15÷0.3; chrome 0.005÷1.5; zirconium 0.005÷1.5; at least one element from the group containing manganese, nickel, cobalt and molybdenum with a total content of 0.5 to 3.4; aluminium is the rest, while the ratio of chromium and zirconium in the alloy is 1:1, and the nickel content does not exceed 0.8 wt %. The solder may additionally contain magnesium in an amount of 0.1÷1.5 wt %.
EFFECT: reduced solder melting temperature, increased strength and corrosion resistance of the soldered structures.
