FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method is performed under operating conditions with the electric motor running on the process equipment taking into account the environmental conditions and environmental factors in the production facilities. With the known running time of the electric motor, the known initial and limiting value of the motor bearing radial clearance, the experimental results show the experimental graphical variation dependences of the motor bearing radial clearance in time. For the required dependence, the predoxane value and the range of the anticipatory tolerance of the bearing radial clearance, the moment of the first diagnostic check and the required periodicity of the checks, taking into account the required level of reliability, are determined by calculation. Also, this graphic dependence determines the expected radial clearance and bearing life of the controlled motor, characterizing its wear at the given time. On the basis of the received information, the technical condition of the motor bearing is evaluated and the decision is taken to carry out maintenance or bearing replacement activities.

EFFECT: simplifying the operational controlling technical condition sand forecasting the resource of electric motor bearings.
