FIELD: vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport, namely to the section of technical operation of vehicles, and can be used for planning maintenance and repair works. Method consists in the fact that vehicles are preliminarily equipped with means of monitoring operation and processing of obtained results, and during tests and trial operation, initial data on resources of repeatedly replaced components are accumulated, average statistical estimates of resources are calculated and during subsequent operation they are refined. During tests and trial operation, the dependence of the rate of wear of components on the combination of individual load parameters and operating conditions or conditions is pre-determined, and the duration of the parameter reading cycle is set. During operation of vehicles, individual operating time of components per cycle is recorded both in dimension of specific parameter, which is most adequate to wear of component, and in dimensions of time and run, as well as indicators of load, mode or operating conditions. In each cycle, the resource development of each component is calculated by cumulative total by summation of interval estimates of the operating time per cycle, corrected by the combination of load indicators, mode or operating conditions according to the relationship preset for the component. According to estimates of resources, moments of anticipatory replacement of components are calculated taking into account average daily operating time.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to estimate resources of components with accuracy sufficient for planning of their replacements without intermediate checks of wear as the resource is exhausted.
