FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system of treatment and diagnostic medical assistance. The system is comprised of tools for entering medical data in form of medical and economic groups into the server with possibility of editing, updating and changing thereof; tools for accessing databases of medical and economic groups configured to control access thereto; an MEG database; a subsystem for managing access to databases of medical and economic groups for using, editing, updating and changing said databases; tools providing implementation of medical assistance using a program, located on a computer and/or on a machine-readable medium, use whereof by employees of a medical organisation is executed through computers configured to control access thereto using the tools built into said computers for selecting variants of performing diagnostic and treatment procedures and tools for selecting the optimal treatment plan, wherein the system additionally includes: a database of electronic patient medical records, a database of medicinal products and treatment and diagnostic procedures and a database of parameters of the functional states of the human body configured to use, edit, update and change the data; a multi-agent system functionally configured to: collect data on medicinal products, treatment and diagnostic procedures for maintaining a database of medical and economic groups, a database of medicinal products, treatment and diagnostic procedures and a database of parameters of the functional states of the human body; search for medical data on the health status of the patient by means of interaction with medical information systems of other medical organisations within the structure of the unified state healthcare information system, generation and editing of the electronic medical record of the patient; provide information security by means of protection of personal data and authorised access to external systems and databases, as well as provide integrity of data of medical information systems of medical organisations by correcting errors in medical information systems without interrupting the operation thereof; individualise the optimal treatment plan of the patient based on the data from the database of medical and economic groups, the database of electronic medical records of patients, the database of medicinal products, treatment and diagnostic procedures and on the data obtained as a result of performing the above-mentioned search for medical data on the health status of the patient, wherein the multi-agent system by the number of the obligatory medical insurance policy of the patient from the database of electronic medical records of patients determines the nosology of the patient on the basis whereof the system selects the optimal treatment plan from the database of medical and economic groups, then determines alternative lists of medicines and procedures from the database of medicinal products, treatment and diagnostic procedures, wherein the system, using the data from the electronic medical record of the patient, considers contraindications, individual characteristics of the patient including gender, age, weight, individual intolerance to drugs and treatment and diagnostic procedures, interaction of the selected medicines and procedures, interaction of the selected medicines and procedures with those already taken by the patient, and excludes the medicines and procedures contraindicated due to the age or pathology of the eliminating organs of the patient from the list; adjust the parameters of the individual optimal treatment plan through preliminary setting of temporary control points and control parameters set for each patient individually depending on the nosology of the patient using the data from the database of parameters of the functional states of the human body, and then comparing the target values of the control parameters and the actual values of the analysis results of the patient at time control points by the multi-agent system, wherein the actual values of the analysis results of the patient are received and controlled by the multi-agent system dynamically by constructing a treatment prediction for the patient based on the actual values of the control parameters for the patient, and implemented as a medical information system containing: desktop, laptop, tablet computers configured to access a local network - as a tool for inputting, editing and accessing the databases; a server and data storage media - as tools for accommodating the multi-agent system; a local network for ensuring information interaction between the elements of the system, wherein the multi-agent system consists of: a control unit monitoring the distributed environment, namely, the medical information systems of other medical organisations within the structure of the unified state healthcare information system, organising for the purposes whereof information interaction of agents and managing the work thereof when fulfilling user requests related to searching for data, processing, analysis, systematisation and visualisation thereof, a database unit including a database of medical and economic groups, a database of electronic medical records of patients, a database of medicinal products and treatment and diagnostic procedures, a database of parameters of the functional states of the human body and a temporary database, a distributed environment unit responsible for collecting data from the unified state healthcare information system and other external information systems and further transferring said data to the database unit, a user unit as a combination of tools for inputting, editing and accessing the databases, used by medical employees to edit data, receive data in real time from all databases and to send requests, an information reliability unit providing integrity of the data stored in the medical information data system and preventing unauthorised access, use, disclosure, distortion, change, research, record or destruction of medical data, and is connected using the information reliability unit: with the tools for inputting medical data to the server, configured to edit said data, and the tools for accessing the databases through the local network of the medical organisation with the external information systems including the unified state healthcare information system using communication channels.
EFFECT: automation of the process of selection of the optimal treatment plan.
