SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for measuring vital signs of patient's health at home. Multifunctional portable device for remote control and monitoring of patient’s physiological data at home consists of two parts, horizontal part and hinged cover, wherein a LCD monitor displaying the parameters of the device and a web-camera with a microphone are built into the hinged cover of the device, and in the horizontal part of the device there integrated are sliding pockets and trays for measuring, collecting and processing patient’s physiological data. Patient collects physiological data independently without the help of a medical worker, and electrocardiography is performed by means of a stencil made of polypropylene, in which holes are cut, above each of which there is a numerical and colour marker. ECG recording and transmission is carried out automatically from the moment of opening of the sliding pocket with the ECG module and to the closing of the sliding pocket, and glucometer and coagulometer data are recorded and transmitted automatically after the cover is lifted and before it is closed. All obtained data are sent to the patient's personal account for storage and further analysis by a specialist, to prevent accidental disconnection or damage, module connection connectors are built-in inside the housing of the horizontal part of the device, horizontal part of the device is also equipped with a speaker and buttons for audio-, video-calling a doctor and calling an ambulance.

EFFECT: invention provides health monitoring at the outpatient stage of providing medical care to a patient with cardiovascular, endocrine and respiratory diseases.
