FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict joint pain syndrome (PS) for persons with signs of connective tissue dysplasia (CTD). Before and after physical exertion, levels of interleukin-6, interleukin-10, c-reactive protein and fibrinogen are determined in the venous plasma of the patient. According to the ultrasound data on the heart and kidneys, left atrium length (LAtrL), left kidney ejection fraction, length, width and thickness, right kidney parenchyma thickness, maximum blood flow velocity in the trunk vein of the left kidney are determined. Formulas are used to reveal classification functions (CFn, CFl, CFa, CFf). According to the maximum value of the classification function obtained in this series, the VAS classification assigns the corresponding forecast: CFn=0 points - absence of PS, CFl=1-3 points - light intensity PS, CFa=4-6 points - average intensity PS and CFf=7-10 points - severe intensity pain syndrome.
EFFECT: method allows to predict the risk of development of joint pain syndrome in patients with signs of CTD, timely prevent its development and slow its progression by evaluating the most significant indicators.
