FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, and is intended for evaluation of blood flow disturbances in renal veins. Dopplerography of renal blood flow is performed. After visualisation of vascular pedicle patient is suggested to keep breath at incomplete inhale. Blood flow is registered by means of pulse Doppler in distal part of renal vein. Difference between maximal and minimal blood flow velocity during one cardiac cycle (ΔVven) is determined. ΔVven value lower than 15 cm/sec is considered to ne normal blood flow, ΔVven from 16 to 20 cm/sec - as borderline changes, ΔVven higher than 20 cm/sec - as disturbance of venous blood flow.
EFFECT: method allows to diagnose signs of disturbance of venous outflow from kidney at early stages, differentiate disturbances of kidney hemodynamics, caused by passive venous congestion.
