SUBSTANCE: patient undergoes a balloon in the area of the evaluated coronary artery stenosis under X-ray control and inflates to a diameter 2 mm. Then a contrast agent is injected into the artery and its spread is evaluated. When blood flow is stopped at the balloon level, stenosis is evaluated as hemodynamically significant and stenting is considered to be shown. If the blood flow is maintained, the balloon is inflated to a diameter 2.25 mm, And when blood flow stops, stenosis is considered hemodynamically significant, at which stenting is shown, and with the preservation of blood flow stenting is assessed as premature.

EFFECT: method allows to assess the hemodynamic significance of coronary artery stenosis in a simple way, which does not require additional material means, to ensure high accuracy of evaluation.
