FIELD: medicine; cardiovascular surgery.
SUBSTANCE: intraoperative flowmetric assessment of each shunt is carried out after stabilization of its own hemodynamics at rest and under conditions of pharmacological stress load with adenosine triphosphate. Then the blood flow reserve for each coronary bypass is determined by the ratio of the average volumetric blood flow velocity during exercise to the average volumetric blood flow velocity at rest, and if this ratio is less than 1.7 units, a high risk of early dysfunction of coronary bypasses is predicted.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine the threshold value of the blood flow reserve indicator during surgical revascularization of the myocardium and at the intraoperative stage to predict the dysfunction of coronary bypass grafts, which contributes to the choice of adequate treatment tactics for patients in this group.
