SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to study the physical characteristics of native biological fluid (NBF). For this, an optical probe laser beam (OPLB) is directed through the analyzed sample placed in a transparent cuvette, OPLB scattering characteristics on NBF micro- and nanoparticles (MP and NP) are measured using a single matrix photodetector (MPD) to obtain information on the characteristics of small-angle dynamic scattering of the said MP beam, and at least one single-element photodetector (SEPD) located in a range of angles 30°…150° to obtain information on radiation characteristics, scattered by NP. The measurement results are sent to a computer for mathematical processing (MP). After the obtained results are studied by MP, the NBF sample is exposed to external influence causing a change in the scattered power fluctuation characteristics, refining or supplementing the previously obtained characteristics after repeated optical measurements.

EFFECT: increased diagnostic information content of the study of submicron particles characteristics and state during optical analysis by dynamic laser radiation scattering on the particles in the native biological fluid sample.
