SUBSTANCE: device for manufacturing a cotton-like product by texturing the strand material comprising an outer and inner nozzles, is described. The outer and inner nozzles are connected to form a channel for moving the strand material. The stopper, located in the inner nozzle, is designed for selective termination of moving the strand material. The stopper comprises a seal holder, that fixes the seal element in the inner nozzle to prevent debris from entering into the inner nozzle, thereby ensuring the continuous efficient stopper operation. The outer nozzle has an end nozzle unit of a solid outlet pipe. The solid outlet pipe is separate from the outer nozzle.
EFFECT: ability to repair or replace the outlet pipe, regardless of the outer nozzle.
