SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the closure element for the container with the pharmaceutical contents, which contains the closure cap (10) having a side surface (13), a closed end and an opened end (12), a pull strip (20) having a gripping tab (21) for opening the closure cap (10) and the closure label (30) containing a substrate (31) in the form of the strip, which is provided with the glue from the lower side. Moreover, the closure cap (10) is mounted on the container (40) so, that it covers the container hole (41) and wherein the first partial area (38) of the label (30) is located on the container (40), and the second partial area (39) of the label (30) is located on the closure cap (10) and the pull strip (20), so that the gripping tab 21 of the pull strip (20) is not covered by the label (30).
EFFECT: improving the reliability of the package.
