TEXTILE PART, ELEMENT FROM LAMINATE MATERIAL WITH TEXTILE PART AND ITS MANUFACTURE METHOD Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC D03D13/00 

FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention deals with textile part which in particular is provided and configured to manufacture a laminate material element (11) or parts (12) from the laminate material. The textile part (10) has an amplification system (15) from reinforcing substrate yarns (16) and reinforcing yarns (17) of the weft. Furthermore, there is a binder system (25), which consists of binder substrate yarns (27) and binder yarns (26) of the weft. The amplification system (15) has at least one first area (20), wherein the reinforcing yarns (16, 17) are woven directly with each other and thus interweave. This leads to a high mechanical load capacity of the laminate material in the area in which the said at least one first area (20) of the textile part (10) is located. In addition the amplification system (15) has at least one second area (21), wherein the reinforcing yarns (16, 17) form a crossing space (22) without interweaving and are preferably laid elongated beside each other. Thus, the amplification system (15) in the said at least one second part (21) is a non-woven web. This non-woven web is inside the binder yarns (26, 27) of the binder system (25).

EFFECT: particularly good drape and deformability is provided through the non-woven web of the amplification system provided in the second part in this area of the laminate material.
