FIELD: production of fittings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic systems, in particular to safety devices of pipelines, and is intended to increase efficiency of damping short pulses of hydraulic impact and pressure pulsations. Protection of hydraulic equipment at various perturbations of pressure in hydraulic system is achieved by imparting spherical shape of surface of wave front and reducing impact energy density of impact wave on propagation path thereof. Said effect is achieved due to shape of damping chamber and arrangement of inlet connection pipe. Perforated membrane prevents formation of reflected impact wave.
EFFECT: reduced impact pressure in pipeline.
