SUBSTANCE: device consists of a hollow non-flow damping element interconnected with a pipeline and made in the form of a casing inside which and coaxial to which there arranged is a perforated nozzle and toroidal elastic members with various elasticity modulus, which envelope the above nozzle, and disc-shaped partitions are located between toroidal elastic members, at that, perforated nozzle is connected to a non-perforated inlet nozzle located outside the casing and coaxial thereto, at that, non-perforated inlet nozzle is smoothly bent at an angle of 45° to 135° and a side outlet nozzle is provided thereon and located at an angle thereto; device is installed in the pipeline break so that the medium transported via the pipeline can flow in the direction from non-perforated inlet nozzle to the side outlet nozzle, at that, perforated nozzle has a double dished bottom thus forming a cavity between external and internal bottom, in which there located is an elastic member, and internal bottom is perforated, at that, in perforated nozzle coaxial thereto there installed on the stock fixed in the double dished bottom of perforated nozzle is at least one cone-shaped perforated cover the top whereof faces the perforated nozzle inlet.
