SUBSTANCE: risk factors are identified: atherosclerotic lesions of lower limb arteries, daily variability of blood glucose at admission and before surgery, hypoglycemic therapy change from oral hypoglycemic drugs to short-acting insulin in the preoperative period. Then the prognostic coefficients F1 and F2 values are determined by the formulas. If F1 exceeds F2, low risk is predicted, if F2 is greater than or equal to F1 - high risk of cardiovascular complications is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows individual assessment of risk of cardiovascular complications within 7 days after coronary bypass surgery on a beating heart for patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes, and thereby improves the efficiency and targeting of preventive and therapeutic measures for high-risk patients.
