CONTROL METHOD FOR DRILLING RODS, DRILLING TOOL, CASING STRINGS FOR LOCKING THE BORE WELL WHILE DRILLING SOILS AND APPLICATION OF AUTOMATIC WAREHOUSE SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC E21B19/14 G06Q10/00

Abstract RU 2623376 C2

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for controlling drilling rods, a drilling tool, casing strings to lock a borehole for soil drilling, in particular when opening fossil fuel deposits or ground heat storages, comprises of inputting and storing information about the cash and the actual storage location of the items introduced into the borehole, namely drilling rods, drilling pipes, casing strings, spacers, drilling bits, in a computer system. The method also comprises storing information about at least one mounting position or a sequence of mounting all items introduced into the borehole in a computer system. The computer system controls the automatic device of storage, supply and return storage, in which the items are stored in order to automatically supply these elements in a borehole or downhole loading system, notifying the user of the place where it should apply items in the downhole loading system, when the supply of said items to downhole loading system is performed, or of the return storage location, where the items will be returned for storing after their removing from the borehole. The computer system combines the control of an automatic storage, feeding and return storage device with manual warehouse control. The computer system processes the list of drilling works and generates a report that displays to the user the items which are applied in the borehole and stored in a manually operated warehouse and notifies which items and from what location they are to be supplied into the downhole loading system and waits for confirmation of the report in order to continue processing the drilling work list.

EFFECT: reduced time of manipulation and insertion of the items into the borehole and of their assembly.
