FIELD: powder metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing parts from the heat-resistant alloy “ХН50ВМТЮБ” using additive technologies. Can be used for the production of parts and assemblies for aviation and rocket and space systems. A part made from heat-resistant alloy powder “ХН50ВМТЮБ” is manufactured by selective laser alloying at a laser power of 250 to 350 W, scanning speed from 500 to 700 mm/s, with a scanning increment from 0.1 to 0.15 mm and a layer thickness of 50 mcm. Heat treatment is carried out at a temperature of 850-900 ±C for 2 hours. The part is cooled in the air.

EFFECT: obtaining parts with low porosity, high mechanical properties, and low residual stresses.
