FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy and additive manufacturing, particularly, to production of industrial engine combustion chamber casing. Direct laser growth of the part is carried out from powder of heat-resistant nickel alloy “ЭП648” with formation of surfacing beads at laser radiation power of 1,000-1,600 W, powder consumption of 31 g/s, speed of build-up of beads of 20 mm/s, layer pitch of 0.4 mm and lateral fusion pitch of 1.4-1.6 mm. Then heat treatment is carried out by annealing at 1,180 °C with holding for 4 hours and cooling in a furnace.
EFFECT: increasing the mechanical characteristics of products, microhardness of the material, ensuring tolerance of ring blanks with a diameter of up to 1,000 mm.
