FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes electrical explosion of electrically explodable conductor composite, consisting of a flat two-layer copper enclosure with the weight of 60-360 mg and the core in the form of molybdenum and nickel powders in the ratio 10: 1 mass equal to 0.5-2.0 mass of the enclosure, formation from the products of the impulse multiphase plasma jet explosion, melting the surface of the electric copper contact with it at the absorbed power density of 4.5-6.5 GW/m2, deposition on the surface of the products of the explosion with the formation of the composite coating of Mo-Ni-Cu system on it and subsequent repetitively-pulsed electron-beam processing of the coating surface at the absorbed energy density of 40-60 J/cm2, pulse width of 150-200 ms and the number of pulses of 10-30.
EFFECT: obtaining an electric erosion-resistant coating with high adhesion with a base at cohesion level.
