SUBSTANCE: gear wheel includes a hub, a body in the form of spokes and a rim with a ring gear. Stiffening ribs, linking the ends of the spokes at the shelves of their l-shaped cross-section, are located on the outer surface of the hub and the inner surface of the rim. On the side surface of the wheel there are complex surfaces in the form of a trough. An insert is mounted in each closed trough of the U-shaped cross-section, which shape and dimensions are equal to the shape and dimensions of this trough.
