FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gearing. Lubricating device comprises an oil bath into which the gear wheel is immersed. Immersed wheel consists of a body in the form of a disk with a hub and a rim with a ring gear. Width of the rim is greater than the thickness of the body. From each end of the wheel, from the side of which the dimension of the rim with the ring gear extends beyond the dimension of the disc of the body, along the vertical axis of symmetry of the end of the wheel, radially to the wheel and perpendicular to its end, above the hub is a scraper fixed to the base fixed on the wheel. Scraper is in the form of "L" and adjoins its edge to the end of the ring gear, the end of the rim, the inner surface of the rim and the portion of the surface of the end of the disc adjacent to the rim. Height of the portion of the rib adjacent to the end of the ring gear is not less than the height of the ring gear. Height of the rib portion adjacent to the end of the disk is no less than the depth of the disk immersion in the oil bath. Vertical outer edge of the scraper, on each side of the run on it during the transfer of the wheel, is equipped with a rifle whose height is equal to the height of the scraper perpendicular to the plane of the scraper and oriented toward the approach of the scraper of the wheel. Under the scraper there is installed an oil receiving tank fixed to the base and equipped with an oil outlet pipe, fed to the friction zones of the transmission elements, which need lubrication with a liquid lubricant.

EFFECT: providing higher quality of the gearing lubrication.
