FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method of cutting a raw material massive of cellular concrete by means of feeding the raw material to a workplace equipped with a feed drive for a raw material massive, pneumocylinders and strings rigidly fixed with one end to the support of the machine for cutting raw material, and the other to a rod of a pneumatic cylinder. Wherein the automatic string tension control system is additionally connected, consisting of a strain gauge, pressure sensors for pneumatic cylinders, a selector generating a signal proportional to the string tension force, two comparating devices, a string tension force regulator, a regulator of air pressure in a pneumatic cylinder, a pulse width converter and a pneumatic distributor with electromagnetic control forming the control action on pneumatic cylinders. Wherein before the start of cutting the raw material massive, the matrix-column of permissible values of string tension forces is determined, conditioned by the mechanical properties of the strings, the cutting speed and the rheological properties of the raw material. The tension force of each string is measured, and a matrix-column of measured values is formed. The permissible value of the tension force for each string is compared with the measured values, the difference signal of which is supplied to the input of the string tension force regulator. The pressure in each pneumatic cylinder is then measured. The output signal of the string tension force regulator is compared with the changed value of the pressure in the pneumatic cylinder. The difference signal is supplied to the input of the air pressure regulator in the pneumatic cylinder. The output signal of the air pressure regulator in the pneumatic cylinder is supplied to the input of the pulse-width converter. The output pressure of the pulse-width converter is supplied to the pneumatic cylinder pulling the string with the required force.

EFFECT: increasing the service life of the string of the machine for cutting raw material and reducing the technological waste while manufacturing construction products.
