FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: string tension device of the machine for cutting raw material includes a feed drive for the raw material, an air cylinder, a string rigidly fixed with one end to one support of the machine, and with the other end - to the rod of the pneumatic cylinder, the housing of which is rigidly fixed to the other support of the machine. Wherein it additionally contains a pneumatic distributor with electromagnetic control, a strain gauge, a pressure sensor in the pneumatic cylinder, a selector generating a signal proportional to the string tension force, the first and the second comparison devices, a string tension force regulator, and an air pressure regulator in the pneumatic cylinder. Wherein the selector output is connected to the direct input of the first comparison device, the inverse input of which is connected to the strain gauge. The output signal of the first comparison device is supplied to the input of the string tension force regulator, the output signal of which is supplied to the direct input of the second comparison device, the inverse input of which is connected to the pressure sensor output in the pneumatic cylinder. The output signal of the second comparison device is supplied to the air pressure regulator inlet in the air cylinder. The output signal of the air pressure regulator in the pneumatic cylinder is supplied to the pneumatic cylinder input with electromagnetic control, the output of which is connected to the pneumatic cylinder input.

EFFECT: increasing the service life of the string of the machine for cutting raw material and reducing the technological waste while manufacturing construction products.
