FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the stages at which a working fluid containing air purged of unwanted substances is continuously obtained; said working fluid is fed under pressure in the range of 0.5 to 10 bar into the container (2) containing a certain amount of coating powder (3); from said container (2) the first stream comprising the working fluid and the powder is extracted; said flow of the working fluid and the powder is pulverized by means of the working fluid under pressure in the range of 0.5 to 10 bar; the working fluid is fed under the pressure in the range of 0.5 to 10 bar to provide the second transmitting stream comprising the working fluid and the pulverized powder; said second stream of the working fluid and the pulverized powder is electrostatically charged under pressure; and feeding the specified second electrostatically charged stream of the working fluid and the pulverized powder onto the substrate (1) at a temperature in the range from -15°C to +45°C.
EFFECT: improving the coating quality due to using a working fluid purified from oxygen and free of contaminants.
