FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: from nozzle flame containing particles of material is ejected to material of substrate so, that particles of material are melted in flame and particles of material and flame are cooled before they reach material of substrate. Particles of material and the flame are cooled by means of cooling fluid medium ejected form outside to the flame. Also, there is used a sprayer consisting of a cylinder for gas ejection positioned around the nozzle and ejecting cooling gas for cooling a main case of the sprayer. In addition to cooling fluid medium, cooling gas is ejected from the cylinder to the flame for its cooling.
EFFECT: raised mechanical and magnetic properties of coating, its corrosion resistance, simplified coating procedure.
