FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: antenna dome contains a cone-shaped shell and metal ring (former), tightly bonded with the shell. Dome is equipped with arrest patch, evenly distributed on its circumference, end of metal ring, turned to the top of the cone-shaped shell, made with the outer serrated profile; cone-shaped is made with undercuts, one end of patches is placed in undercuts of cone-shaped shell and rigidly connected to the metal ring in the area serrated profile, and the other is connected with end-metal ring from the opposite end, cone-shaped shell is made by winding of concentric layers of stretched parallel fibers, oriented in layers at an angle of 0°, +45°, -45° to the longitudinal axis of the cone-shaped shell, fastened among themselves by polymer binder, the fibers are performed with cross-section in the shape of an equilateral triangular. Fiber cross-sectional area decreases in layers in the direction from the axis of the cone-shaped shell, and adjacent fibres contact between each other by mutually directed faces. Glass or basalt fibers are used.
EFFECT: high-precision centring of cone-shaped shell relative to the longitudinal axis of metal ring and the aircraft and its reliable fastening on a metal ring, sustaining high dynamic and thermal loads during a long flight.
