FIELD: aircraft; rocket engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft and rocket equipment and can be used in production of aerial fairing of high-speed air-to-surface missiles. Broadband aerial fairing comprises a single-layer conical shell made of dielectric materials and interconnected, toe and an intermediate cone-shaped element located from inside in joint area of cone shell and nose, with applied on internal and external surfaces of fairing with paint coating, a metal ring rigidly attached to the conical shell. Envelopment is made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic on base of quartz fabric and phenol-formaldehyde binder, into porous space of which there is added organosilicon polymer, at a distance of at least 0.4 of the fairing from the nose tip, the wall thickness of the shell is not more than 2.0 mm and smoothly increases to its end by no more than 5 times, on the outer surface of the shell there is a heat-resistant putty on the organosilicon base.
EFFECT: providing specified radio engineering characteristics in ultra-wideband range, increasing bearing capacity and improving leakproofness of fairing at increased heat and power loads.
