SUBSTANCE: method of disposing brass waste and waste etching solutions is that brass waste is introduced into the container with the waste etching solutions and kept with periodic stirring. After soaking in the container, zinc waste is added and held until a pH of about 7 is reached. Next, the copper that is deposited on the container bottom is separated, and calcined or caustic soda is added to the remaining solution in the container, mixed and settled until a precipitate is obtained in the form of a carbonate or zinc hydroxide, which is separated from the solution.

EFFECT: simplifying the process of disposing brass waste, waste etching solutions, zinc waste and increasing its efficiency.
