FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises a first container 1 for storing hazardous chemicals 2, a second container 3 containing liquefied gas, supports 4, an exhaust valve 6, an inlet feeder 7, a leak detection device 8 or a temperature sensor, a control system 9, a battery 10, switch 11, transmitter 12 and receiver 18. The transmitter 12 comprises a master oscillator 13, a pseudorandom sequence (PRS) generator 14, a phase manipulator 15, a power amplifier 16, and a transmit antenna 17. The receiver 18 comprises a receiving antenna 19, a high frequency amplifier 20, a local oscillator 21, a mixer 22, a low-pass filter 23, a local oscillator phase locked loop (PLL) 24, a multiplier 25, a phase shifter 26 for 90°, a phase detector 27 and a registration unit 28.
EFFECT: alarm signal is transmitted to the control room using the radio channel and complex signals with phase shift keying.
