FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: nucleotide sequence of the gene is represented in SEQ ID NO: 17. This gene codes the precursor of penicillin G acylase enzyme consisting of the amino acid sequence of the signal peptide L-asparaginase Erwinia carotovora and structural elements of acylase penicillin G E.coli. The present invention also relates to a recombinant strain of E.coli BL21 (DE3)/pMD704. This strain is a producer of penicillin G acylase. The strain was obtained by introducing said modified ras gene within pSVH0107 vector into the recipient strain E.coli BL21 (DE3). The invention also relates to the process of microbiological synthesis of penicillin G acylase. The method includes the cultivation of E.coli BL21 (DE3)/pMD704 strain under suitable conditions.

EFFECT: invention allows obtaining Penicillin G acylase enzyme with a high activity.
